We made a reservation in advance due to an event at Sheffield Arena. The staff was very friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant being very busy. Our server, whose name I cannot remember, was excellent. The food was delicious.

Served by Mya this evening who was really friendly. Super fast service and was really polite. Paid the bill and she noticed we had a birthday voucher, and she was straight in wishing a happy birthday. Her great attitude made for a really nice meal... Ver carta

Waitress emma was superb, freindly helpful and very communicative. One of our group has an allergy with onions and garlic, emma made sure the food was kept separate and advised well on what was available. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our meal. Will happily go back

Came for my eldest son 's birthday. Meal was lovely, really fab food. Waitress brought sweet potato chips over, a minute later came over with more as she said the others didn 't look up to standard that 's someone who knows what 'service ' is which is rare in chain restaurants now. All staff friendly and polite. No trouble using my blue light card either. Food was quick to arrive at the table, salad bar well stocked. Can 't wait to come back. We all had a lovely time. Thank you staff at lunch time on Feb 15th are a credit to your brand.

My husband went to harvest last year with my 3 children he was told he should book the table and that understandable they refuse him table after few days we went together without booking they give us table, after last weeks me and my husband and 8 months daughter we went there we found 3 staff standing on door we ask table they give us near the door I had baby pushers with me I asked one staff few I could have different table because pushers , it’s was near the door wasn’t looking good at all ! I asked her if I could have different tables she told me nobody will give me service on other tables , she walk way from me , they count talking and turn they back on me I feel so embarrassed and sham...

We decided to go out for an evening meal. Pre booked for 7pm. We ordered our drinks I had a latte (which had spilt on to the serviette as she brought it to the table), no real problem as it happens quite a lot. My...partner asked for a pot of tea, she was told quite abruptly that they don't do pots of tea, so my partner asked for a refillable cold drink instead. A few moments later the server returned with no word of apology saying that she could have a pot of tea as she found some teapots. We ordered our food which arrived about half an hour later, the restaurant was not busy at all.
