"This restaurant is a typical Harvester, but it was surprisingly quiet today. Despite that, we felt rushed to place our orders. After finishing our main courses, when I asked if we could have a moment to decide on dessert, the server pushed for the bill instead. We had brought our drinks in a bottle and still had some in our glasses. Eventually, we had to ask for the bill ourselves, even though we were in no rush. There were many empty tables around us—so why the hurry?"

Not a bad restaurant, our waitress Tess was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and welcoming, she's a credit to the Harvester. The food was presented well, and pleasant, we were not rushed, had plenty of time to enjoy.

Staff are really welcoming, especially Sharon, who organised our tables so me and my family could have a catch up as they came at different times, she was very patient and professional, I love going there and the food is excellent definitely recommend Ver carta

We opted for the festive menu. The mushrooms in cheese sauce were horrible, sauce was overpowering, dry the sauce had a film over top. My main was cold, o asked for extra gravy, never came,. 2nd visit here this month poor experience both times, won't be back!

Things are looking up at this restaurant, they have made a great come back after all the Covid restrictions placed on them. Food was excellent, atmosphere was so relaxed even though the were fully booked up. Staff were brilliant couldn't find a better place to take the family for dinner

The food was really prepared very well and had a nice presentation. The beef dripping gravy really complemented the chips for example. Zoe our waitress for the evening was very helpful and although fairly new, was still efficient. Wait time for the food was very acceptable. I would recommend. Ver carta

We dined on a very busy Saturday evening, but the service was quick and friendly. Our drinks arrived promptly, and our starter followed shortly after. The main course took a bit longer to arrive and wasn’t very hot, but it was still acceptable. Overall, our experience was decent, and the service was good.

We highly recommend this restaurant for its delightful food, exceptional service from the staff (especially Aimee), and a lively atmosphere. The dishes were beautifully presented, the salad bar offered an impressive variety, and the desserts were truly delicious. It's a wonderful place to spend a carefree evening.
