Harvester The George Inn Morden

I really enjoy Harvester and their salad bars. The food was excellent today, and the steak was fantastic.

We went out for a pre-Christmas meal with the family and brought our 2-year-old along. He didn't stay seated for long, but the entire staff was incredibly nice to him. The food was delicious, as there wasn't a bite left on our plates! Overall, we had a wonderful time. Ver carta

Didn't book, we just tunted up, 6 of us. We were seated and greeted straight away. Service and politeness was brilliant. So much improvement. Food arrived very well presented and fresh. I would like to thank Malaj, Viraj and Sabrini who were working that night. Thursday 23rd March 2023. I got their names as I said I would be doing a review.

We frequently visit the George Harvester, so we’re familiar faces and many of the staff know us. We always receive a warm welcome. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was deliciously cooked and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a bottle of wine that was perfectly chilled and served in an ice bucket, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening.

Just a lovely atmosphere and the waiter for our table was so friendly and on it. Nothing felt too much and he totally made us all feel chilled but attended to. Proper lovely guy! (Everyone commented on him wish I knew his name to say who it was! Food was fabulous also! We brought a cake for our little 7 year old and the awesome waiter joined in with singing and presented the cake. Just thank you! Ver carta

I visited The George, Harvester for a meal and decided to try some dishes from the tapas menu. We ordered nachos with pulled pork, chicken goujons, and bacon potato skins, all of which were delicious. We also took advantage of the unlimited salad bar and a selection of rolls. For dessert, we ordered the cookie munchies ice cream sundae, which was delightful. Overall, the food was excellent, and the service was great. Thank you!

Our waiter, Maloj, was attentive, polite, thoughtful, and friendly. He made sure to accommodate all allergy requirements, even bringing out the meal for the allergenic guest first and double-checking that everything was correct. The food was outstanding, cooked exactly as requested. The timing was perfect, with a nearly seamless transition between finishing our starters and starting our main courses. Overall, the service was smooth. The only downside was the restroom facilities; while they were clean, they did need some maintenance.

Hello...We met up with friends the table that we were allocated was in the middle of a war zone with children screaming and swearing. After a ten minutes we asked for another table as we could not hear ourselves talk above the chaos. We were shown to another table upstairs and this was better as we could hold a conversation. We ordered our meals and drinks and waited and waited eventually the starters arrived cold followed by the main meals which we had not even started !!!! One meal full rack of ribs and one steak were of a reasonable quality, the other two meals fish and chips were floating in oil and uneatable. My friends fish contained NO FISH just batter was this a joke ? I went to see... Ver carta
