Harvester Trentham Lakes

We gathered here for a comforting experience from both sides. We're accustomed to the pricing that works for us. Sam made our visit feel special; she was cheerful and incredibly efficient.

I reserved a table for 9 PM around 3 PM, and at 7:45, I received a phone call from the restaurant asking if I could come in earlier. They didn't even bother to ask if we were able to arrive sooner.

Beth was excellent and extremely pleasant from the start. The food arrived hot and well cooked. All in all a great experience. Could you also give our compliments to the kitchen staff in my view an under appreciated group of people. Ver carta

We went to the Harvester at Stanley Mathews Way stoke on Trent, it was fabulous, it was my grandsons 19 th birthday , there was 6 of us and the food was lovely. Very hot, and we had a sweet and that was lovely to . We love going there but not been since last year before second lock down .from Lorraine and Philip Wain

Visiting for the first time on a short trip to Alton towers, stayed at the neighbouring Holiday inn. Food at this Harvester was exceptional and portion sizes were much better than those at local harvester restaurants. Really enjoyed the kind, sweet and friendly service and chilled ambiance. I would definitely recommend a visit if you're nearby!

We hadn't visited the restaurant for a couple of years but have now been twice during the last 2 weeks! Our server, Andrea, was most welcoming and was friendly and professional throughout. The service was excellent, as was the food. Every detail, regarding safety and cleanliness had been covered. Hence, we will certainly be visiting again soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the restaurant to others. Ver carta

Food was very disappointing and overpriced for what we received, particularly the surf and turn skewers, the meat was over cooked and tough to eat. Staff were initially welcoming but we felt a little forgotten about by the end of our meal, really lacking in general pleasantries (please and thank yous). We appreciate that staff are exceptional busy but it doesn’t take much time to acknowledge customers with this. Overall pretty disappointing experience and won’t be returning in future

We ordered the two-course meal for £13.99 each and two refillable drinks. When I placed my order, I was told that the dessert my husband wanted was unavailable, but the server offered him apple and custard instead, which I thought was fine. However, when the bill came, it was £46.35. I questioned it, and the second bill was adjusted to £42.36, but I still had concerns. A third bill was provided, showing a total of £34.88. We had a £20 gift card, so I paid the remaining £14.88. Overall, we left the pub feeling very dissatisfied.

I have been to the Trentham Lakes Restaurant several times, and been satisfied with the service and food at those times. Last night Tuesday 5th March seems to have been a mixed bag. On arrival I waited at the reception desk several minutes before one of the servers approached. She could not find my name on the bookings on the computer and suggested I may have booked at the other Restaurant in Trentham. A second server took over then found my reservation took me to my table, where my two guests were already sitting having arrived earlier. The server dealing with our table was great. Very polite and helpful. The food was good as usual but the baked potatoes dish we all ordered was not availabl... Ver carta
