Good food and lovely presentation, as long as you don’t mind waiting a couple of hour and that is no exaggeration either. Would definitely go back, hopefully their service has improved since this booking.

Service was very slow. Our waffle was made and sat out on the counter for a while , which was then served to us cold. I told there server and he apologised and made us aware it would be a long wait for a fresh one. He then offered us 25% off the bill. After this, our cookie sundae arrived and was filled with burnt cookie pieces which made it absolutely inedible. Not an enjoyable experience. Ver carta

The service was exceedingly disappointing. After being seated, we were ignored for more than 20 minutes until a manager finally sent a waiter our way. We placed our food order but then had to wait over an hour for our meals, and our drinks took 35 minutes to arrive. The manager attributed the delays to a new system, but as I observed other orders being served, I found that hard to accept. Eventually, the manager decided to cover our bill due to our unpleasant experience, which was a nice gesture. However, I am quite unsure if I would return a second time.
