A timeless experience, 4 hours of pleasure. The dishes are beautiful, tasty and so well arranged. The associations are bold and so well done. Chef Paul Genthon was educational and available. The sommelier is quite simply a poet. The service was simply perfect. I recommend ! For small budgets: preferred at lunchtime :

A unique experience that La Table du Chef ! Thanks to all the restaurant teams for this unique moment. A friendly, professional welcome and a devilly efficient table service. Marsan is a very beautiful starred table that deserves amply these two stars (and can amply claim to a third). Solid plates, gourmets that make the beautiful part to the flavors of the Basque country, but cleverly reworked to offer great associations of flavors. Again bravo and thank you for this evening we will remember.

We came to Marsan on June 6 for my partner's birthday. First gourmet restaurant experience for me and I was delighted that it happened here. Very attentive and caring staff. 6-course menu, succulent. Small mention for the blood pigeon, and the chocolate chili dessert! And the bread ice cream was crazy. We are two very, very tattooed people and we greatly appreciated the fact of having been served with the same kindness and professionalism as the other guests. The experience was incredible and thank you so much to the lady who served us that evening. We had the impression that she was dancing because the service was so beautiful! Ver carta
