Lamb chops were amazing. Food was all good. They changed a drink for me when I didn't like it. Only thing would be if they had some sauces or chutneys at the table it would be nice,

Good food but service was too slow as it’s new restaurant and is in the process of settling down. The owner apologised however and we were compensated by being given free drinks and a mains!

Hichki never fails to impress me every time I go there. The food, ambience the staff are incredible and so hospitable. The gol gappa’s have to be my favourite, I have tried them in several countries but Hichki is #1

The food was off, We complained they wanted to give us more but the smell just put us off. The toilets were disgusting, I went into wash my hands and put me off eating there. We also waiting an hour for some water. I will NEVER be returning again.

Fantastic food, great service, nice new restaurant with a lot of potential. We really enjoyed everything we ordered! Tried nearly everything on the menu. Gobi 65 and daba mutton were the best. Delicious tandoori chicken too! Thanks for having us and good luck x

A wonderful family friendly dinning experience, the staff were all so attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was great, I opted for the dosa, which was really nice a little on the pricy side but I’d say the experience is worth it. The drinks were incredible and full of flavours. Also the music is made but their own DJ, who makes impressive mixes. I’d definitely recommend! They also were nice enough to cut up some strawberries for baby niece to have as well.

They did not honour my reservation. Asked me to move when a larger group arrived and told me I would have to wait for 15 mins. It was clear that since I was dining by myself, they would’ve much rather had the larger group. Disappointing as the menu looked decent but was let down by an extremely shambolic front of house staff performance. There’s many better Indian restaurants in the city to try if they really do not value their customers. Perhaps better training of staff will be helpful or a clear policy which specifies that only large groups are welcome.

The food was very good. Apart from a few dishes that we had to send back because it was burnt and hard. Service was poor, waiters gave everyone wrong orders. For eg we ordered drinks and it would go to a different table but it would come back later to us. Some dishes that we ordered didn’t come to us until we finished our food. The only person who looked like they knew what they were doing was the manager. It wasn’t only me and my family who were facing issues, table behind us was not able to order until 30 mins later because the service was so poor.
