"cena perfetta! non è stata la prima volta che siamo venuti al pantry e vini e siamo tornati perché volevamo essere sicuri di godere di una grande cena e infatti non siamo rimasti delusi. posizione bella e riservata sul patio esterno sul retro e locali molto belli e moderni. servizio impeccabile e molto professionale, molto attento al cliente e in grado di metterlo a proprio agio. cucina davvero meritata! tutto estremamente buono e non ho trovato alcuna “pecca” a commentare in qualsiasi delle volte che sono venuto! ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ben speso se si desidera trascorrere una bella cena.) "The location of Borgo Antico di Borgonato di Corte Franca has definitely helped the master to explode in its qualities and creations. Moving from Rovato, where he began to get acquainted in the family room, Stefano managed to keep alive the spirit of the territory, of course with his inventions on the various local specialties. "I had dinner on the phone. professional and kind staff. personally, I liked the dishes I chose. waiting times can be a little long but between one meal and the other are acceptable given the abundance of courses. we took two appetizers, two first and a really delicious fish fried. glass of wine and natural water. total euro approximately, which is in line with restaurants serving fish. I recommend it personally. comfortable parking."

"We ended up here by accident when our planned restaurant was closed for holidays, but what a lucky accident it was! We received a warm welcome and were quickly seated in the covered porch filled with hundreds of regional and national wines. The entire 30+ page wine list was Italian, with a huge selection of Franciacorta and other Lombardy wines at prices from €20+ and an excellent selection in the €40 range. I had two house specialities a perfectly cooked rare fillet with a parmesan mousse and a lovely black garlic sauce, followed by the 'Kiss of Gina ' pudding. No English menu (often a good sign! , but the staff were happy to explain. Highly recommend!"

"This is an old working farm converted to a restaurant a number of years back, and boy did they do a good job, the buildings are traditional, or modern traditional, and the food is excellent, the location is wonderful in the middle of the vin yard, and I am told by those in the party that had it, that the tiramisu is a bit special. There own wines are also very drinkable, and its not expensive, this explains why the carpark is full for mid week lunch even in Italy!!."
