I tried different restaurants of this type and having been in Japan several times I can say that Hinode Sushi 3 is one of the few where I would return every week. I'm calling for a couple or friends. Small room that does not inspire for nothing cleanliness; varied menu but allergens indicated on the menu are all wrong, or at least incomplete (on some dishes are not marked clearly present allergens, for example gluten in bread or in spring rolls).
