"I was there with 2 friends and 1 remarked to the waitress that her fish looked different she had been a client there for over 10 years and was often taking the same dish . Of course, it could have meant that the fish did not look so fresh, which is the worst that can be said to a Japanese restaurant specialised on sushi. My friend was not aggressive but rather interrogative. The waitress came back after a while saying something like: our fish is fresh, if you don 't want fish, ask something else . That was already quite rude. There of course, my friend asked to speak to the manager. The idea was not to make a scandal but to have an explanation. The waitress would totally have diffused the situation with a I am sorry, I can guarantee you that our fish is extremely fresh. Could we propose you something else or should we make a new one ? Then came the team manager who more or less said if you are not happy, you can leave and not bother coming back . Since we were 3 ladies eating together, my friend did not want to make a scandal but we were all quite shocked. She asked for something else which was served to her after 25-30 minutes ! Pretty obvious that this was done on purpose. It was served by a very nice waiter who profusely the first one apologised for the whole situation. He offered her a coffee on the house . She accepted and paid for us 3, leaving him a generous tip. After 10 minutes, he came back extremely embarrassed and flushed : he could not serve her the coffee and was forced by his manager to give my friend back her tip!!! I have never witnessed something so violent and extremely shocking. I cannot understand why a renowned house like Hiro Sakao can put a person who obviously hates her job and is ready to go on a personal crusade with clients that irritate her. Personally, I go to Sen Asia Tapas Bar : the food is great, cheaper, and the service is fantastic."

the sushi here is with the best in the opposite. you will find several vegan sushis on the map they will not find otherwise.

unfortunately not quite cheap, but always incredibly delicious (I recommend the vegan due sushi and the edamame) and always very friendly service!

in the hiro sakao there are really good sushi if the guests are not able to eat suhsi there are also other delicious Asian foods. here you should reserve in advance.

Food is nice. Had bento box w duck. Was really good. Service takes a while. Service is done way to quick. Dishes are not polite positioned on the table. Under 20euro cannot pay w debit card. Accept no American Express

very tasty sushi and there are all vegetarian and vegan options that are also marked in the map. also, depending on the season, there are limited sushi variants that are usually very kreatiw. personal is also very friendly, but we had to wait to be too long and cheap it is not necessary, but for that they get good quality!

super delicious japaner. here is fresh and tasty sushi in many variations. but also other salad, meat, fish etc. dishes for those who do not love so much. the restaurant is very modern furnished and you can watch the sushi during rolling forms. from Monday to Friday there is also a lunch card with arranged under 10€, but also then the restaurant is well visited and you should reserve to get a nice place. in the summer you can also enjoy the bites outside in the courtyard. highly recommended!
