I'm here a few years ago when this was more vegan for us. must say it still looks, tastes and smells like fish very good! and yes, it's greasy as it is.

just great. beautiful art deco style restaurant with a large flowering atmosphere. eat excellent quality and a great selection of dishes, not only their usual fish restaurant.

Traditional rustic interior. Service was excellent and the food was very nice. Unfortunately, the curry sauce is not entirely scratched, but this is my only criticism. Would recommend

the fish and the chips were delicious, perfectly boiled, covered with a dark golden brown crispy dough. the thick cut chips were pretty good. the stained **** was served hot and was a delicious pudding, crushed in a thick rich custard, but it wasn't too sweet and was pretty full.

I was delighted to see Hobson's big sign advertising vegan fish and chips as I exited Waitrose one day. I popped over a few days later and gave them a try. The fish and chips were really delicious and cooked very well. I honestly rate them 3.5 but don't want to round up to a 4 because it wasn't my favorite since fish and chips can feel a bit greasy. It's an excellent offering for those who love this type of food.

I wanted a chance to have the English clip of fish and chips in a vegan form, and this place gave me a chance to do this. the fish and chips that I had were pretty good; to it with something healthy, I also had an salate, which was also good. I finished with a vegan cheesecake that was delicious, but unfortunately frozen in its middle. not surprising, this place – usually non-vegetarian services – has a very fishy smell that is less than ideal for those who do not eat fish.

The person behind the counter was very friendly. The vegan option was advertised on a board outside and there was a sign inside too. I only ordered the fish and no chips as I just wanted to try the vegan fish (made of banana blossoms). I found the fish very greasy but it was still enjoyable comfort food. The portion was quite big (only managed to eat half). The inside of the fish was a bit weird, there was seaweed and maybe leeks along the banana blossom giving an interesting texture. I probably wouldn't have it again but definitely was worth the try.

I like to keep it traditional so that I switch between cadjau, squid or sampi, but there is a pretty selection of fish to choose. they simply stay away from the seabass, are only in comparison to the price. from apparent reason it seems a noticeable difference between ordering a delivery and actually eating into the restaurant or away. the delivery service is sub par, they are more than once too late and the delivered foods are hardly ever fresh. but if they actually go to the restaurant, the quality of the food is much better. perhaps his packaging or something, but I will not be...read more
