"Unfortunately, my experience at Homestead Pub was disappointing. Despite arriving at 10 am with seven friends on a Sunday, we were left waiting for quite some time before being approached by a lady who informed us that without a reservation, we couldn't have a table, even though the pub was fairly empty. When we asked if we could at least have a drink, she denied our request, citing that she was the only one there. She did try and direct us to another pub. But i found the entire encounter strange and it left us feeling unwelcome. It's a shame because we were eager to try the food and drinks at Homestead Pub but were unable to do so."

Superb meal again. Despite a busy Saturday, food was hot and we weren’t left waiting! It was our server Jamie’s first day and he was fantastic and really good with our little one.

Always have a lovely meal, never disappointed quality, quantity and service is always spot on. Lynn made sure we were well looked after. We will be back.. definitely would recommend

Nice decor and very clean, but hardly anyone there on a Friday night so atmosphere not great. Main courses average, but desserts scrumptious, and drinks were lovely, especially the cocktails. 2 drinks, main course and pudding approx £35pp.

Perfect, very delicious food. Very good service although we had to wait 15 mins for our drinks. Our starters came out before our drinks arrived. Nice decor and pleasant interior of the pub. Unfortunate that where we were seated we were adjacent to a table where a woman never stopped talking in a really loud penetrating voice. Just the bad luck of the draw but she did rather spoil our overall experience.

A really lovely lunch, as always, thank you. We frequently visit this pub due to the family friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the extensive children's menu. We had Jamie this afternoon, he was the perfect level of attentive, lovely with the children and helped make our visit wonderful thank you Jamie. I know you said you were new to the position, but you really wouldn't have known. Looking forward to returning soon.

Yes they let us in at the last minute but the only thing on my Sunday dinner was nice was the turkey and Yorkshire pudding the veg looked like the bits that u put in the bin and the chicken on the duo left something to be desired and not sure wat the lettuce was or the ribbon veg and the barbecue sauce was very undesirable the sirloin beef was like rubber and the roast potatoes had chips hidden in them so thanks but no thanks waste of money
