Exceptional ice cream! Such interesting and yummy flavours…you will not be disappointed. The team are really passionate about what they are creating and this really shows in the end product. Amazing ice-cream, lovely team and excellent service!

Waffles and ice cream. What's not to love. Personal fave galato is their mint choc chip but all their chocolate ones are amazing !!! Flavours can change seasonally too with fun Halloween ones ect. Great place, very family friendly. Always lovely staff.

This is low-key a spot. Right on the Highstreet, spacious inside, accommodate dogs and friendly for toddlers with a space for them to play. Staff is friendly and efficient, would work on a cuing system. The selection of ice creams is niiiice but it’s all about the cute lil garden at the back. Recommend it

Service is friendly, but very slow it seems they only had one working crepe/waffle machine . Worse though, they were incredibly stingy with the toppings. Ordered a waffle with “fresh strawberries” it had a single ! strawberry cut up into thin slices drizzled on it. That’s really a joke and not worth the 7£ or so you pay for it.

I visited this wonderful restaurant on Tuesday, April 12th, 2022, and once again had a fantastic experience. The staff are amazing! The two girls who served us were incredibly polite and attentive. We took a while to decide on our order since we couldn't make up our minds. The scones were superb! I highly recommend this place to everyone. We visited here today with our toddler had a great time. The ice cream was delicious portion sizes extremely generous. Our toddler managed to drop her ice cream on the floor while we were sat at a table, the owner came over asked what ice cream it was she had replaced it! We didn’t ask for a replacement, but she went out of her way to do this we really appreciate her going out of her way with this act of kindness. This is a very family friendly place we will definitely be visiting here again

We have visited this place numerous times because, quite honestly, the ice cream is divine. However, this past weekend was truly exceptional. We decided to host my daughter's birthday party here, and it was just perfect. The girls had THE BEST DAY—those are their words, not mine! The booking process was smooth, and everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful. The service on the day of the party was exceptional; thank you, Nicole. We can’t wait to return soon to try your delicious Halloween specials!

Always a treat, and upstairs is amazing as well as the back courtyard. However there takeaway system order system is a bit chaotic due to the main downstairs always been over full with unruly children and very squished. Have witnessed a few incidents of children running into staff (while carrying hot items etc) and other customers and management haven't challenged the parents regarding the child's behaviour. This isn't the staffs fault but feels like there should be more from the staff the remind parents they and their children aren't the only ones there and should stay seated or by their table. More for safety then anything.
