I give 4 stars because I can't say I ate badly. One flaw I've found is ordering something and not being able to perceive it on the plate. Like white buffalo pizza, raw ham and rocket, good but a little dry and you couldn't taste the buffalo at all. Smoked tortellini I expect to also taste the cream and not the acidity of the tomato and also not the basil leaf, for my taste. Friendly and courteous staff, but always here too for my tastes, too present. Maybe leave the customer alone for a moment to chat once the food is finished, without making him anxious.
