Good raw material and friendly staff.

An impromptu lunch in a pretty piazza with views if the Abruzzi. Great quality seasoned Prosciutto, delicious Abruzzi lamb. Good attentive service. Limited wine list but very good value .Worth a detour.

very kind staff, I stopped with friends for an aperitif with meats and roasts of the highest level (both meat and liver) and a good spritz, all in the enchanting setting of the center of the country! I'll go back to dinner. Ver carta

Ended up at Hostaria by accident. On our way back home, hungry and just looked for something around. Excellent hosts, serving us in English, super friendly, and home made food. Had mainly pastas, but intend to come back for their steaks, which were very tempting.

This is a fabulous place. The wine is great. Daniel knows his stuff. It's a great place to start the day if you are staying in Arsoli and then a brilliant place to relax and socialise with everyone in the evening. Looking forward to being back there in August. Thanks Daniel and Betta.

This is a place you must go if you want a local look and feel as well as the greatest Olive Oil you will have ever tasted. And what makes it the best is that it is only here you can get it. The wine is superb and you have to try the steaks. Irish Steak that is. You will have it with about 6 choices of salt and great olive Oil and the meat melts in the mouth. WiFi is available and great coffee. Daniel, Elisabett and Philomena and lovely and great to talk to. This is a must if you are staying locally and want a good evening meal. Ver carta

We had lunch here on a Monday when many Italian restaurants are closed. We were greeted warmly by the owner who speaks English. We sat inside to avoid any smokers. We were the first customers there at 12:30 when it opened. We ordered two types of homemade vegetarian ravioli and both were delicious. The bread and oil were also very good. Wine only came in a bottle or a glass. Since a bottle was too much, we ordered a glass for each of us. It too was very tasty. Service was excellent from an English speaking server. Portions and prices are average. We had a tasty and very satisfying lunch here. Our only complaint is that the house wine did not come in a carafe as in most Italian restaurants wh...
