chic hotel with friendly staff. eating in the restaurant is good and inexpensive ok. personal is very flexible and attentive wellness area small but fine. come again

a four star hotel on the lake - high expectations. sat in the area service, bar , wellness and breakfast. outstanding restaurant. unfortunately smaller mängel in the hardware ( equipment of the room) overall a very pleasant stay.

in the residence am hopfensee is served an excellent breakfast and throughout the day a delicious meal indoors and outdoors is brought to the table by a very friendly service. the price is very reasonable. there is an extensive map.

during the interaction with our waiter we have commented on the friendly service. he really impressed us with the service and the food and drink suggestions. a great evening that became so much special with great food and good service.

we stayed in the hotel and decided to eat here first to dinner. the dinner was great, qualitatiw high quality food and great service. I was pleasantly surprised. there were two younger men who served us. they have done great work and helped us with recommendations and helped us, as they speak well English and our German is not so good.

this type that greeted us at the entrance said that they had no table that was great enough for us, although the restaurant was empty. (We tried to enter as a 6-member family without reservation). he pointed out "to walk around the building and to walk from the door, because they have bigger tables". a bit confused we went around the building and went through another door into the same restaurant. ( apparently they know the workers there and "they serve "similar eating next door", although next door was a pizzeria) we were only very confused. but her declining laugh told us enough and just left the restaurant. we will never go there again.

for a short stay, the hotel is very suitable. the breakfast leaves no wish open. the selection is very good. the rolls are very fresh. even the eggs are boiled to the point. that is very rare. the rooms are nicely furnished and clean. The sauna-u. wellness area, renovated in the november 2015, is particularly noteworthy. it is very modern and responsive. small but very fine. really good. the wlan in the hotel is free and works very well. the hotel is centrally located and offers a wonderful view of the hopfensee. Sorry only that wellness treatments were not bookable at short notice. you should book it before your holiday. all in all a highly recommended hotel.

the hotel is located directly on the lake only separated from the road. the reception was friendly and has also informed us the programme for the silvester evening, further the offers and activities around the hopfensee and the surroundings. the room was in the first floor and clean. we have reserved a parking space for the car in advance in the hotel room. the breakfast was the same every day, so you could have brought a little change in. in front of all on New Year's Day....in the evening menu or on the evening of the year the courses were excellent. great lob to the kitchen. also to the staff. simply top. pity that there was no address or greeting from the chef of the house..... especiall...

For a weekend booked here with breakfast. Classic room, something else was unfortunately no longer free. If you are looking for a parking lot, you must have luck and patience. Checkin was very friendly and was associated with many information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was comfortable, only with a roof window, clean and also the bathroom was intact.
