"My wife, who had visited before with her mother, and I had lunch here whilst staying in Isle sur la Sorge. We were warmly greeted by Valerie, who operates at speeds not usually seen outside the Olympics ! Not that we were at all rushed, it's just that she manages to service many tables and manages the front of house operation. My wife had charcuterie (excellent) and I had Lardon Salad (superb). We both had Saute Pork which was exceptional, and a creme brulee. Washed down with some great local wine this was a gastronomique delight. It's off the tourist trail, but busy with local trade. And finally towards the end of our meal, on the vast terrace, the chickens wandered over, presumably expecting their lunch. Very authentic !"

"Very nice restaurant, nice big room well decorated. They have a short menu which is usually a good sign that the food is freshly prepared. The starter and main course were excellent. The dessert were just OK, so next time we'll stick to 2 courses. But there will definitely be a next time. Little suggestion for the owners, add the Cépages on the wine list. The wine list just has the names, and the waitress wasn't really knowledgeable on them"

"Perfect! I and my companion have been regular followers in recent years, we have never had any concern with this establishment. honestly, I don't understand negative opinions, the dishes have always arrived quickly, well copied dishes, to the point of having trouble finishing our menus, which is a good point for a semi-gastro. the frame is sublime, we are really here to take good time while enjoying delicious dishes. I highly recommend this establishment!"

"As soon as you walk in Le Bistrot there 's an instanlty positive and dynamic impression. It was packed with locals for Friday lunch in this very animated area of Montfavet. It 's called a brasserie gastronomique so the prices are adapted. The 2-dishes formula is 25,90€ The pavé de boeuf was excellent, cooked perfectly saignant . My magret de canard was equally good, although I would have liked some green vegetables with the dish. The service was excellent from beginning to end ! In summer there 's a nice terrace. Over all a very positive experience."
