"EXCELLENT! On holiday in St Malo and looking for a meal of a dozen or sores and bulots, it's my best address! I was delighted with my meal and will come back regularly The eight fresh, pleasant, not too iodized, the buckles, excellent and a little peppery, the prices challenge any competition compared to the nearby cities (15,50€ the 12 oysters n°2 and 13,50€ the 12 oysters n°3, 9,50 the plate of bulots), the welcome and the service are very pleasant, we spend a very good time! My companion took the x8 shrimps that were remarkable and the salmon a delicately smoky candy with its chives cream sauce...! A treat! I can only recommend this address! The one that would be top: be able to add an accompaniment: a bowl of salad, fries or pasta... to finish calating."

"I like crepes. I like galettes. But not sure if i like a three course meal based on them. It's probably me. But you can have too much. That said. They do them exceptionally well. The fillings are varied and the lagoustine one I had was really good. For dessert the apple, almond and chocolate one again was seriously good. I just felt that I had eaten way too many carbs in a meal. Not a bad thing but perhaps some more non crepe options other than the oysters. The wine was good. The cider was excellent. The service was very good. We were tired and hungry and the food came promptly and was fresh."

"I've read a few incendiary critics... on the dismantled frame... but that's what we're looking for... not a rooftop flashing in Parisian pollution. What better than having, through the window, a painting of Mont St Michel bay? On the service... false!!! The staff is efficient and discreet. Even the young waiter, perhaps learning, was touching in his application to explain the dishes to us. Reviews on the kitchen... I wonder what people eat at home... Everything is just and golden. Cooking and spices respect local products. Only noble products in the twelve dishes. What about dessert Estran? Have the impression of plunging its spoon into the sand of the beach and taste these flavors so soft and surprising, enhanced by the iodine of the caviar of Aquitaine. We ended with a walk in the park and the vegetable garden, accompanied by a few squirrels, not included in the menu... Hugo Roellinger was not named the best cook of France 2022 for nothing..."

"Excellent cakes and pancakes, very well done. The Triskel cake in Santiago, chorizo and peppers is balanced and gourmet. Perfect. Organic raw cider very pleasant. Very good service. Everything is done to satisfy us. I strongly recommend this crêperie on Cancale"
