It's better not to be too hungry for a few pieces of apple celery, 3 peas eat all and some potatoes. Thankfully we took an entrance. As for the waitress, not very smiling. There were no crowds (7 customers in all and for everything.) can do better!"

We went to the berne canton and stopped on our way. This restaurant was on the gourmet passport. We were not disappointed. We ate bar and tuna respectively, preceded by a foie gras and duck magret. Everything was very good. We'll be back! Ver carta

Ermitage Maison d'Hôtes is a gem. A truly lovely spot with beautiful views out both sides no matter your room. Stayed for the balloon festival and it was an optimal location. The staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. A lovely breakfast brunch with delicious coffee to order each morning, too.

The service is very nice, but the lady owner does not know how to behave by chasing some guests away from the table so that others can sit down. The way the lady speaks also leaves a lot to be desired (unless English is the problem). There is a lot of training in customer service, I advise to take advantage of it…
