Old hotel with charm and well located in the center of Chalon but the rooms, service and breakfast are absolutely not 4 stars.

Hotel that probably had a history maybe even of prestige, now it's a little decay, good breakfast, small rooms... Good location, parking not very easy. . .

In this beautiful establishment full of charm, I spent 2 days very pleasant. Quiet room with a top bed linen. The most: its restaurant, meals close to the gastronomy and the desserts executed by the pastry chef are really not to be missed. I strongly recommend

Very beautiful hotel with superb modern decoration chosen with taste. I spent two very pleasant nights in a very clean and well equipped room with everything we need. The reception was user-friendly and efficient and the listening staff. If you wish to have dinner or lunch, you will enjoy the restaurant with carefully cooked dishes and fresh products. The hotel is ideally located 10 minutes walk from the train station and close to the city centre. I highly recommend. Thanks and bravo to the whole team! Nice continuation!

We stayed there for one night. On arrival the welcome was not that of a 4-star hotel to have experience everywhere in France! We paid the price for the superior room and got a far from superior room! Grandma's bathroom (unlike the photos on the site) too bad we can't add a photo here because it's really very limited! The cracked sink, the earthenware from another era...! 40 degrees outside and air conditioning barely working, reception is sorry! Uninteresting breakfast, at 9 a.m. no more cheese, we asked for some, there was none left! Ok… the staff (a young one) is not friendly at all, out of place! All the customers looked at each other, we all had the same opinion! This hotel is a 3 star b...

one enters a beautiful establishment, welcoming staff and .... aperitif without anything even a pretzel , entered made the eve marks on the verrine of asperge insipide) the raw ham is coarse but the chips of parmesan well present, the dish is copious the meat lacks a little cooking and not sufficiently raised to my taste .mon dessert (cream of yuzambi damage served temperature). a little expensive for a menu at 44 euros and the instructions of the meulian valéry chef do not seem to be respected!. the most surprising is the wine list that is swept from all over the cellar empty and does not fill up .... . do not ask the fries to the smoky paprika they do them no more but are well on the map,...
