Great ambience, but still a very loud atmosphere. There are a lot of wait staff, all of whom seem somehow busy, without quickly and constantly taking care of a large table. It's strange when the waitress folds napkins rather than wanting to serve more drinks... We waited 20 minutes for the menu, then 30 minutes for the starter and then 1:15 hours for the food, that's far too long! When you look into the small kitchen, the trained guest will recognize the bottleneck... Some of the food is very good, even though my Salami Picante pizza only had 5 slices of salami on it, nothing more. This is a bit thin..."

We have now been to this beautifully located Italian restaurant several times on the site of the former Hubertusbaude between Stölpchensee and Griebnitzsee. The interior is extremely tastefully decorated with large windows facing the huge garden and water. Every time we and our companions were extremely impressed by the quality of the food. Even a short wait doesn't change that. Keep it up.
