The swordfish and steak were excellent. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a perfect 5, and the atmosphere a solid 4.

The food was incredible! The service was excellent during my dine-in dinner experience. The price per person was between £10 and £20. I would rate the food a full 5 stars, the service also 5 stars, and the atmosphere 5 stars as well. I highly recommend the hot chicken wings!

The fries were really good. This restaurant was the best on site for drinks due to the unlimited drink refills which was cheaper then some restaurants were for just one drink. Expensive for average service. Limited menu options with vegan and gluten free options taking up 50% of it. Play area great for young kids. Lots of seating, wasn’t busy at 8pm during school holidays. We were served by Sharon. She gave us the best service we have ever received in a restaurant! She asked what we were celebrating and we told her our engagement and surprised us with a gift at the end of our meal which was the most amazing surprise. She was constantly checking if we needed anything during our time here and was so helpful. Highly recommend this restaurant and if you get Sharon as your server you will have the best experience!! This is by far the worse restaurant I have visited at a centre parcs !!!!! The service is extremely poor and the food matched it and to put a 7.5% tip rate on the bill is a joke I fully understand if you have a service with a smile or looked after but that wasn’t the case the waitresses were being taken away whenever there was a birthday song to be sang in the middle of taking an order and also payment for the food !! I would not waist your time eating here !!!!

Worst experience ever. We were in there from 4:15 and agreed to wait in the soft play until 7:15 for a table. We waited until 6:40 and noticed that over half of the available tables hadn’t been filled. The orange haired staff members excuse for this was ‘people have booked them so we keep them reserved for hours for them’. Tens of tables EMPTY. She was extremely demeaning and rude with horrible eyes.. and I had to leave before things escalated. Get better staff. No wonder people complain. Untrained and rude.
