Very disappointed, booking in was slow issues with card machine. Given keys to room only to get there it wasn't ready, cleaners had left halfway through. Given an upgrade to compensate room 337 clean and tidy, but I've thrown away better shower curtains. Went back to the hotel at 10 30pm only to be told that the bar was closed, staff had gone home early, was told by the night porter to try the Trawl. Would definitely not recommend it and will certainly not be back.

Well..... I was shocked at first by the outside of the hotel. Not going lie, looked run down, dull and I even thought about not checking in. BUT.... INSIDE was good, staff were nice, helpful and polite. Room was clean and modern enough. We had food from the restaurant which was nice. We has it in our room. Only thing is that we fetched it as they wanted 5 pound charge for delivery. We were only seconds away on 2nd floor so bit disappointed by this as we were supporting there business. Breakfast was good. Again. Service and food was good.

For a relaxing and peaceful getaway away from the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend this place to both local and international tourists. It truly offers great value for money. Don't let the negative reviews deter you; trust your instincts and give it a chance. While the exterior may not be appealing, the interior reflects a 3-star hotel with 5-star service. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They even upgraded our room to offer a lovely view of the golf course. Thank you for that! The food was delicious, and the half-board option made it feel like we were in Spain—we really indulged ourselves! T... Ver carta
