Awful food, I ordered a cheese burger it was disgusting .. couldn't even eat it. The view is beautiful but do not eat there .. just have a drink

this restaurant offers a magnificent view of the berlin city centre. it is elegant and stylish, but the quality of eating is central to North European norms.

overpriced restaurant, tourist trap. the view is beautiful, but the personal is not. avoid, visit a panoramic point near Potsdamer-Platten or the TV-Turm for the view. Ver carta

Ich habe zum Geburtstag meines Partners einige Berlin Events bereits von zu Hause geplant. In den Humboldtterrassen haben wir einen vorzüglichen Milchkaffee und tollen Kuchen genossen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam.

Die Aussicht ist toll, die Einrichtung hell und chic, sehr schön für eine kleine Pause während der Besichtigungen. Wenn das Schloss 2019 fertig ist, wird die Humbold-Box leider wieder abgebaut - verständlich, denn es wäre nicht passend zwischen Schloss und Dom. Also, bald hinfahren:)

es ist einfach schön nach einem ausgiebigen interaktiven Museums-Besuch (Humbold-Box) in einem netten Café-Restaurant mit Terrasse und tollen Blick von der Dachterrasse auf den Berliner Dom u die Schlossbaustelle herab zu schauen. Wenn die Sonne scheint, schmeckt alles noch besser u nach Urlaub. Ver carta

After a long morning checking out the museums in Berlin my wife and I were in need of some refreshment. We decided to try the Humboldt Terrassen café/restaurant with its views over museum island. On arriving nobody seemed interested in assisting us to a table...and when we did catch the eye of the waitress she was rather surly. The prices were verging on high end restaurant prices but without the quality of surroundings or service. Needless to say we didn't stay and neither would I recommend anyone else to visit.

Extrem inkompetente, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Völlig überfordert - haben uns an einen Tisch gesetzt und wollten konsumieren, als uns jemand registriert hat (ca 20min), hiess es "wir nehmen keine neuen Bestellungen auf, es ist zu viel los". Total lächerlich; wenn man mit allen Tischen besetzt (nur drin, Terrassen leer, weil es geregnet hat) überfordert ist, sollte man nicht hier arbeiten, wenn man nicht genug Mitarbeiter hat muss man halt Aushilfen holen und wenn man zu unfähig ist ein Café/Restaurant zu führen, sollte man es lassen....

the personal is arrogant, rude and unfriendly. I wanted to drink a coffee, but the restaurant was closed this day for a event. instead of the courteous answer the bartender insulted me and tried to physically push me away, with the closing of the...restaurant (only fyi, I am a thin and not very high woman who does not search for any conflicts just to get in.) this is the first time that I meet such a small amount of service. simply enjoy the view of a 3rd etage with panoramic windows, it is almost the same, but they keep a good mood and a beautiful impression of berlin.
