No qualms with the food or drink , only qualm I would mention is the windows on the inside and out could do with a good clean as looks long overdue , appreciate it's near the main road but first impressions and all that

Very disappointed. The food was good but the atmosphere was none existent and the loud headhunting music was anything but suitable for Hogmanay. After just two hours we called a taxi to come home and tune into BBC Scotland to see what it’s like. Ver carta

Jess H was amazing. I was unsure of which drink to choose, and she went above and beyond to let me try each Thatchers flavor before making my purchase. This showed excellent initiative and customer service. She is a credit to your team and should be recognized for her outstanding service. A massive thank you to her.

Came yesterday for Xmas lunch. We have been coming here for the last few years which have been excellent but sorry yesterday was a let down. Felt rushed, only just taken off our coats and the starters were there. Steak was very chewy so we took home for the dog and dinner not as good as previous years. Every couple of minutes we were asked if everything was ok guys, which was annoying . Sorry guys

We stayed at the restaurant for two nights and dined there both evenings. The food was of good quality, reasonably priced, and the staff were lovely. Our room was clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. We were pleased to find 8 ChargePoint chargers in the car park for our EV. We had no issues with charging, although some non-EV cars were parked in the designated spaces. To use the chargers, you will need to download the ChargePoint app. Ver carta

My family had a pleasant stay at the Weathervane while attending a nearby wedding ceremony. Some of the desk top furniture in the room is worn but this could have been avoided if toughened glass had been placed on top to protect the surfaces. Apart from this the room was lovely and clean and everyone had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was enjoyable. staff were always friendly and helpful despite being very busy. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We had a lovely experience at this restaurant. A nice surprise was the presence of a bathtub in the bathroom. The room was unpretentious yet cozy. We didn't have high expectations for the pub connected to the restaurant, but were pleasantly surprised by the tasty, albeit typical, chain food. We found the prices to be fair. I appreciated that they offered a menu for those with dietary restrictions, and didn't experience any negative reactions from potential cross-contamination in the kitchen, which can often be a concern.

We went out to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday in a party of 13. The staff there were nothing but exceptional, we were there longer than we anticipated but we were never rushed along and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were even kind enough to store and bring out the cake, join in singing and even provide us with a good knife to cut the cake. All the servers Neve, Nikki, Jess H and Rachel did all they could to make our evening special and I can't express my thanks enough. I hope the management see this and reward the team for such an amazing job! Good was grand as well don't forget the good job the cooks did as well, sadly I didn't get their names but they were working the 28t... Ver carta
