the comparucci are one of the historical pizzerias of palermo but over time they lost some identity while expanding the room, making it more comfortable and welcoming. remains a good point of reference for the city.

good pizzeria with a great choice of variety of pizzas and doughs. I ate inside the room, with air conditioning, given the sulky heat of this period. I think they have a problem of pulling the hood of the oven, I ate right in front of the oven, as the characteristic smell of the oil that frys falling on the stone was really annoying.
