My wife had been insisting for some time that I prefer traditional cuisine, but I must admit that from the service to the food everything was perfect. "Locale curato, accogliente e caloroso, bagno eccellente (cosa ormai difficile da trovare). La cucina è veramente ottima, pesce di altissima qualità e freschissimo, cannolo di ricotta superbo (e lo dico da siciliana) grandi complimenti allo chef! Simone impeccabile, da donna incinta mi ha elencato tutto ciò che potevo mangiare dedicandomi molte attenzioni, spiegazioni dei piatti complete e chiare, un vero padrone di casa educato, gentile e professionale! Tornerò sicuramente, grazie della bella serata!"

"Bocciatissimo !! Servizio lento e pesante il proprietario viene costantemente a parlare . Menù vario , nonostante non ci siano asterischi , il pesce è decongelato al momento , primi non mantecati , i secondi accettabili, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è da rivedere. Ho modificato perché non posso fare un 'altra recensione...trovo abbastanza ridicolo che la sua unica argomentazione alle recensioni negative sia vada a mangiare da un 'altra parte , se continua così rimarrà senza clienti ."

"We were driving into Rome from visiting Rieti and searched for some seafood that was on the way. We were very lucky to find such a great place as Terramare! This was one of the most authentic and fantastic meals we have had while in Italy. It was very family-oriented with helpful service. The chef came out and showed us the Tuna or Tonno that we would be preparing for us. They also cared about us as people asked us how we were doing and gave us an extra bottle of water on the way out for our travels. Really can 't recommend this restaurant enough to everyone."

"we stayed in this pizzeria on the evening of 29 May, as after hearing about it eccelsically we wanted to try. The place is small, a little uncomfortable outdoors where you have to sit on the slope. We arrive, we scan the menu and comes the waitress to take the ordinations, 1 pumpkin flower, 3 pizzas two with Neapolitan dough and 1 to the Roman .it enriches the almost invisible pumpkin flower but according to my good wife. The pizzas arrive, the well-cooked Roman and the other 2 Neapolitan styles with the cornice slightly uncooked to view the wet transparency of color doifference the most eclatating fact is that the pizza dough is made with cereal flour with seeds included. My wife ate it and said it was not bad, but leaving the cornices showyly raw, I sent back the pizza as it was not specified in the menu and much less it was reannunciated by the waitress that the dough is cereal flour. this is not admissible, the main ingredient of pizza is simple flour 00 and 0 and if other flour is oata it is compulsoryly written and brought to the knowledge of the customer. What's more beautiful and that when I noticed my discomfort the waitress said we put it in the box so you bring it home and eat it his wife, instead you should ask me if you want anything else!.cmq in the context we say that as a pizzeria is not bad should at least bring to the information of the customers the modified ingredients for the original pizza dough even because many people could have serious problems at the level of allergies. For the kitchen I can't say anything since it's not proven. Care for more information and care is paid to customers especially those not fixed.
