Ho apprezzato tantissimo le frittatine di pasta e i crocche all’inizio tanto che ho dimenticato di fotografarle. Pizza molto buona, impasto leggero, ci siamo stati di sabato quindi forse per via della confusione non era eccellente come al solito. La pizza alle 3 cottura favolosa, consiglio di provarla! Consiglio di andarci in settimana o a pranzo per mangiare la pizza migliore che possono offrire e per evitare due ore di fila. Ci tornerò.

Francesco e Sasà hanno contribuito a rendere onore al nostro territorio attraverso la propria arte culinaria, facendo conoscere a persone provenienti da tutto il mondo la bontà della pizza casertana. Ciò promesso, è arrivato il momento di schierarsi: per me la pizza di Sasà è nettamente superiore a quella di Francesco, la trovo molto più leggera e di più facile digestione, ciò mi consente di gustare maggiormente i vari ingredienti, apprezzandone la qualità.
