We were regular customers but unfortunately the quality of food has declined dramatically. Worst quality meat used in dishes which smelled and really tough to chew.

Came across this place by accident. Fantastic food we had the Khatoon special and the serving sizes meant a takeaway container was needed. Would also recommend the baba ghanoush. Well worth a visit when passing by or even a detour. Definitely planning on going back

Khatoon restaurant one of the best Persian restaurant in London, I booked for 36 of my family, all of my guests enjoyed the food and customer service, everything was fresh and mouthwatering. Really recommend this restaurant for anyone like try the original taste of Persian food

I ordered from Just Eat today and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The Koo Koo Sabzi was especially dry and tasteless, resembling grass in both appearance and taste. I was surprised by the high price of £6.50 for such subpar food. As a regular customer, I typically enjoy better quality dishes and was shocked by the poor quality of my order.

ordered food for 50 people. they use substandard meat and 40 percent of people were sick the next day and the others had headaches due to the fat of the meat. we have ordered from here on 10 occasions with great results, but recently the level of food quality has been disgraceful. we have now chosen to pay extra for delivery and go to a restaurant in Finchley for our orders

The food at this restaurant is excellent, however, I was very let down by the service and lack of attention given to my party during our special dinner. Given the high price we paid, I expected our table to be cleared between courses and for the staff to check on our satisfaction with the food and service. We were also charged for drinks that were not ordered, and I found the meals to be overpriced.

I would give them Minus 10. The worst customer service ever. The waiters are extremely rude. We used go there almost every Friday but during covid we started ordering delivery. Lately The waiters taking phone orders are extremely rude. We decided not to order from there anymore. Harrow is full of better Iranian restaurants. They lost a regular customer with the entire family. I wouldn't recommend this place!!!!

For many years me and my family are their customer and always loved the foods, I just get upset when I saw someone caledon) wrote the review and said many bad things and when I checked his reviews for other restaurants and business I understood he has problem by self because he did the same thing for almost every one. I don't know we some mental people want bad things for others. Anyway thanks Khatoon restaurant

The servers were very pleasant, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. The minced lamb kebab skewer seemed undercooked and tasted like dog food. The 'saffron' rice was bland and only had a small amount of saffron scattered on top. The chicken skewer was chewy and flavorless, and the plate was greasy. The okra lamb stew was mainly garlic and tomatoes, with only a few pieces of lamb. The salad was fresh and the drinks were good. We informed the server about our dissatisfaction and he kindly removed the 10% service charge. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
