"Well to start: The reception was very pleasant and the setting was warm. The restaurant environment is very busy! So all products are of high quality! We loved all the different dishes that made vegan (NB: I'm not very fan of vegetables in the passage) I enjoyed enjoying the dish and especially finishing it! Drink level, you have the choice, in any case lime drink is very good! And the last point, the dessert, I was crushed by the quality of dessert and really surprised by this cashew cream that was a pleasure! Price level is very good, nothing to say for quality and in the center of Limoux you will find more expensive and less good! I recommend you go, I was really bluffed by this vegan cuisine that will make you enjoy more than I am! Thanks for tonight! I didn't think about making pictures because I had fun with A to Z. I can show you a picture of my almost finished dish, but I don't see the point! In any case I hope these words will make you want, it's not every day that I discover restaurants like that! "We are the day before November, holiday, direction castelnaudary with the hope of finally eating a real sleep... but it starts very hard, it starts bad, it starts very bad... it rains ! more, we are a holiday weekend and then, no way to find a table, it’s complete everywhere, we don’t insist, so we break for limoux that is just a few kilometers. So, limoux, it’s a small little town, the sun is on the rendezvous, there’s a concert on the place of the republic, everyone is at the party, the terraces are filled, but with the concert, I like to be inside (smiley)! an establishment makes me look, the big coffee in the heart of the place of the republic. It immediately reminds me of the great coffee of gum with dishes of the great coffees in general, especially the sauce which is jealously guarded by the initiates. The place is magical, leather, b(l)anquettes (smiley,) marble, very Art-Déco luminaires, a small counter where a gentleman of a respectable age is agitated, it is the boss in fact, who, in the conversation we will have at the end of the meal, will not tarry anecdotes. An aperitif to forget Castelnaudary... white wine picon, super well served... by tasting it, I walk the map of the establishment. My gaze stops on the limoux’s money, everything I love... my choice is made, it’s definitive! So in the limoux's dough, what have we?bin, pork, shoulder, collar, heart and liver, it is a regalade! add to this a nice red merlot pichete and you will have a very pleasant lunch. A big thank you to the very friendly and smiling staff for taking care of us so well! "Don't hesitate. We're not around, but the locals have recommended this restaurant. The friendly owner welcomed us at 9:15 pm with kindness, Value for money is very correct and the dishes are beautiful and good. I will come back with pleasure as soon as I pass in the corner, super nice experience, decoration of the original restaurant!! I want to make them pubs because we don't often see positive opinions on the internet in general but when we're tired, not from the corner, with the stomach that gargouille it's a real pleasure that to be well received and to be reassured before returning to the road. "We weren't sure how good this restaurant would be as a friend had said the food wasn't great, but we decided to have a sit down evening meal and were pleasantly surprised. We were the only ones in the restaurant that evening but they had steady takeaway trade all evening. The service was good, the man serving was very friendly and he spoke English too. We ordered the mixed starter between us, which was absolutely delicious. The main courses were beautifully cooked and very tasty. We finished with the cooked banana dessert which we thoroughly enjoyed. Drinks were a bottled Chinese beer and a glass of house rose wine, and both were good. The cost was reasonable. We weren't at all disappointed. We'll eat there again!"
