"It’s a little for this restaurant that we came to Dole.We booked for lunch in a Japanese style lounge with bass seating. Be careful you have to bet on its most beautiful socks :the menu is quite varied from the child menu to the tasting menu with all kinds of dishes. We have chosen a gourmet menu with entry, 2 dishes and dessert. We've really made good discoveries. The shizo leaf... really magical. She goes with the sashimis and gives peps to the dish. The fish is of very good quality. We were a little disappointed by the makis. There was a little too much rice compared to the filling. otherwise it was delicious. The gyozas are really well garnished, certainly the best we ate. at the level of the dishes we were not disappointed. Special mentions for snake tuna, jacco nuts and cooked pork 14h.Very good, well-worked fillings. At the dessert level it was the touch of softness to close the meal. The restaurant is really beautiful, with the kitchen in the center and visible to everyone. We are attending the maestria of the chief!Very a good address we strongly recommend.
