we found it by chance and I immediately liked it... we were in the downstairs room... small cozy and intimate... great pizza! friendly service and very attentive and especially unintrusive... we would definitely recommend it

This restaurant located in Monopoli old town has been a real sorprese. Food is excellent. Tonno tataki was one of the best i have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked. Very good was also filetto. Everything is made by high quality ingredients and perfectly cooked and presented. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth the price Ver carta

Lovely restaurant with great service and super good quality food. The waiters were attentive but not over bearing and we're always on hand to assist or explain anything on the menu. I ordered the fiorentina bistecca and it was cooked superbly and bursting with flavour. Pasta options good too and a special mention to Nonna's polpetti. Grazie

We entered this restaurant with high expectations. The setting, the decor, the toilets were all beautifully pointed. We asked the waiters for advice on which pizzas to order and we were told two were excellent. We ordered one of them and sadly that wasn’t true. It was advertised as having mortadella in it there wasn’t any. The dough was also raw and undercooked. We pointed this out to the waiters. Nothing was offered as an alternative or the pizza taken off our bill or even a free lemoncello in good jest. Very sad! We won’t be back!

We had a terrazza table with a sea view on a Saturday evening as “early” diners at 8pm. We took a look at the fresh fish on order and chose ricciola. The head waiter was a good salesman, charming and attentive. He explained how it would be prepared, then returned saying the chef would cook it another way in a “typical monopolitana ricetta.” We also ordered a seasonal salad full of greens, different tomatoes, and baratinna sort of a cucumber/melon mix), roasted potatoes , and grilled vegetables. When the fish arrived the head waiter deboned and prepared it onto our plates along with the potatoes, tomatoes, and olives, accompanied with a broth to put over the fish. Everything was delicious.
