"If you want to skip touristic places and eat like Italians and feel the real Italian atmosphere Il Capriccio is the place to be. The restaurant was full but I think we were probably the only non Italians. The tables were filled with families, friends, locals,... It was busy but relax. And the food was good. A lot of choice of pizzas but also tagliata, sea bass, spaghetti with shrimps were all delicious. And lovely desserts. We enjoyed it."

The restaurant is really in a nice location, the terrace is outstanding. The staff was really helpful and friendly, relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. I recommend tagliolini alla langostella Ver carta

A little out of Cisternino at Caranna this is a large restaurant. It do book if it’s at a busy time. The food is superb and the tagliata was excellent. Loved the antipasti but there are so many and they do fill you up a bit! Pasta excellent and wine great value.

A beautiful restaurant in the countryside. Staff was great and we had the opportunity to thank the chef for the best Fettuccine and mushrooms we have ever had. Portions are large, wine is homemade, fresh olives as appetizer, and to finish the meal the best apple cake with ice cream. Do not hesitate to eat here. LOVE
