the room is small but very cozy, with several tables outside in a characteristic square. we were pleasantly satisfied by dinner, with rich and well structured dishes. the real peculiarity of the place is the possibility to be recommended cocktails built according to their own gouits and the dishes ordered. the preparation of the staff is of a great level and are all very attentive to the details.

I don't recommend this restaurant, they are very rude, because tonight, a friend of mine and I, we went to get a coffee E,ABBIAMO asked the lady who runs the club, if, they will ask for the green pass and she, in a very constituent and rude way, answered yes. we would never go to such a restaurant as, the first thing that distinguishes a service is courtesy and education so we don't even give a star. for us, they can close at this moment.

my man and I stumbled on this restaurant (piazza giovanni xxiii, while I admired the historic streets of pistoia. we recommend il ceppo for many reasons, namely location, kitchen and professional service. our waiter was very polite, present, intuitiw and extremely knowledgeable about the...sorted dishes and weeping. the filetto di manzo al tartufo di norci was mouthwater, including the beside dishes (verdure al forno, patate salate al rosmarino). il ceppo is a hidden gem and we will certainly be back in the near future. bravo!
