"I returned to Corazziere after many years. Unfortunately, I don't live in the area anymore. I have preserved, in these years of absence, the memory of a beautiful location, good service and exceptional food. I found a renovated environment with taste and delicacy, a beautiful atmosphere for a quiet and maybe special evening. Overall I was satisfied: we ate beyond the first, what has always been the battle horse of this refined restaurant and that is the cut that has respected expectations and memories. The painful note was the first we didn't appreciate. Although I am convinced of the goodness of the raw materials used, the result was barely enough. A risotto as God commands no longer be ready in a few minutes (who cooks it well) and cannot be aggregated to a collous sauce trying to equal the creaminess of a processing and mantle made respecting the times and the cooking. A constructive criticism of mine, aimed at reviewing some choices of rapidity at the expense of taste and texture..."

high-level restaurant, fabulous area with views of the baggero oasis. recommended for business lunches or important meetings. a first compliment to maximum that with sympathy, courtesy and expert professionalism accompanied us for the entire lunch. the dishes are delicious, we practically returned all the dishes cleaned from the first to the second, the sweets very good and delicate, compliments to the chef. good and nice the final cookies not required while you can get the excellent bitter of baggero. important prices but aligned to the quality and service received. recommended restaurant.
