our last night in sanremo, we used to have the day too foot in the villa of alfred nobel, and had past a series of street restaurants opposite the marina. we returned in the evening and the first restaurant was completely booked, went next door and asked for a table, yes and a little more expensive. fresh white tablecloths and friendly service. I chose the fish of the day, a filet of amberjack, it was nicely cooked and served with some fresh vegetables. the waiter recommended a local wein that went well with the amberjack.
