"Tappa a Rovereto per visitare il Mart e ho deciso di prenotare in questo ristorante dopo aver letto tutte le recensioni positive. Non posso che confermare la tanto decantata bontà del canederlo, veramente ottimo. Credetemi se vi dico che resterà uno dei piatti che ricorderò! Consiglio assolutamente questa osteria e consiglio di provare questo piatto. Inoltre il posto è davvero bello, arredato con gusto, il servizio ottimo e il personale davvero gentile e professionale. Se siete a Rovereto andateci, è in pieno centro a pochi passi dal Mart."

"We visit here a lot for coffee or their hot chocolate when in Rovereto. However today we also had some bruschetta which was also high quality and delicious. There is lots of seating outside with rugs if cold as well as upstairs. I recommend taking some of the bontadi coffee to take home we paid €18 per kilo beans which seems a lot but it is a gift that keeps brining your taste buds back here. There is nothing like this coffee in the UK."

"Without infamy praise, nice place and beautiful but very expensive and with low price quality ratio. He probably lives on the fasts of the old management, but has nothing to do with the “old silence”, nothing remained of my beloved international fusion cuisine. I tried risotto and pasta with bottarga and a pair of bread croutons served as appetizer. Risotto OK but expensive pasta and tasteless quality of really poor crostini bread, from the supermarket, the seal instead was of quality. With two glasses of Marzemino and a bottle of water account 48 euro"

"My experience is about the restaurant Senso and dinner. The Michelin star speaks alone. Wonderful the roe and very good the sweet made of pumpkin, although preannounced as little sweet... luckily it was sweet. I personally love sweet desserts! Iconic the Carote dish, presented in 3 different ways and with 3 different parts of the order. The homages to the territory are put in delicious bouches. Great mushroom. The nuts of the Bleggio in the pod of delicate flax seeds, the pam and bondola in green apple leaf is particular, but did not convince me. The gnocchi with shiitake mushrooms (although cultivated in Trentino) did not impress me. I would prefer porcini, personal taste. Excellent cheese Castelmagno tasted with the preserves of chef Alfio Ghezzi."
