This is a one man show with the talents of chef maitre d' waiter manager sommelier and pizzaiolo all wrapped up in one. And it's a headstrong one who knows what he wants to cook and whom he wants to serve or not. The food is fresh and excellent, typical local Italian food, prepared by the best chef in the region! The restaurant is always full, with a queue at the weekends.
