"Ho pensato molto a cosa scrivere su questo ristorante, a quante stelle mettere e quali punti esaltare e quali lasciare in ombra, quindi procedo: Effettivamente la Location non è da mozzare il fiato, una generosa terrazza sicuramente ben curata tra bancali e lampadone fiori e passerelle emerge sicuramente lo spirito del locale...purtroppo affaccia su una strada...che per alcuni versi è un bene, tiene lontani i turisti da spiaggia . Il personale è fantastico, i ragazzi sono attenti disponibili e sempre pronti a una risata, come anche la signora rossa di capelli che ci ha strappato dei bei momenti. Non posso dare le 5 stelle per via del cibo...e mi dispiace davvero molto, le materie prime sono incredibili, c 'è più profumo di pesce al Qubo che su tutto il lungomare di Forte dei Marmi, tuttavia i piatti non parlano di quello che contengono, manca carattere a diversi dei piatti che abbiamo preso: il gazpacho non accompagna il pesce poiché quasi senza sale, la frittura non è croccante e il baccalà come il gazpacho chiede tanto sale...tenendo conto della locazione geografica e che in Toscana si usa pochissimo sale effettivamente ho sorvolato, ma in un attività come questa secondo me bisogna anche mettere un pó da parte la tradizione ...unica cosa su cui non mi sento di dire assolutamente nulla è la pasta, sicuramente il pezzo fortr del ristorante, una pasta da 10 senza dubbio. grazie un quasi chef"

"We have been here for a family lunch. The restaurant is okay, the food is decently done and plenty, but we had a few issues. The service is rather poor: we repeatedly ran out of bread and water, and we had to chase the waitress a few times. Worse of all, there were vegetarians in the group: when we booked, we asked whether there were vegetarian options, and we were told that there were many options: however, when we got to the restaurant, we found out that this was not the case, at all: only a couple of first courses (a mushroom based one, not a real option, and a plain risotto, again not a real option), no main course. In the end, the vegetarians were forced to eat only bread and vegetables, rather a miserable meal."

"very elegant and well maintained environment. performance of flawless dishes, the price ratio I would say there is. What has been missing has been a bit of empathy with the staff, too concerned perhaps not to be professional. but the result was a cold dinner without that joke or that advice to make you feel comfortable. There's this and that, you choose. four stars, but the right vote would be half."

"Reservation by using The Fork worked very well. My wife and I have spent a very nice and pleasant evening at dinner in the restaurant garden. All tables were busy but the space in the garden was not crowded. Our name plate was on the table and the table was set nice. The service was very attentive and friendly and the food came fast without waiting times. We had very tasty antipasti cooked in typical tuscan style and then secondi piati mixed grilled seafood with boiled and light baked potatoes and spinach, and of course Italian white wine. The main course was followed by “dolce”, very tasty ice cream and fantastic Tiramisu. Only the bred should have been better it came from the previous day probably. The prices are decent. All in all we hade a good experience and enjoyed the dinner, a clear recommendation from us."
