"we considered this place to organize the birthday of our daughter, but we had given up both for the attitude of the owner (presumption,) and for the price indicated for the only deduction, despite the number of people, in my opinion interesting. today for state the only place with a table free for 4 (and now, given the reviews I understand why I owe, and fortunately, being my area, forget the previous reviews. all very good: spaghetti with clams, grilled meat, delicious calamari with herbs, a little less tasty ravioli but ok, very kind and helpful the person who greeted us and followed us (it was a man, but not the one of the first time). paid with atm, contrary to what is written in another review, a fair price. Let's definitely go back and hope to have a confirmation."

Locale elegante e accogliente. Personale gentile e competente. Piatti eccezionali , tutto buonissimo e di grande qualità. Uno spettacolo per gli occhi e per il palato. Consigliato senza se e senza ma. Pesto buonissimo ed Il miglior pesce che abbia mai mangiato !

Locale rinnovato, pulito, ambiente un po' rumoroso perché ben affollato (e questo già significa molto), è una trattoria dove si spende poco e si mangia bene. Personale cortese e simpatico, menù contenuto per contenere anche i prezzi; ci è piaciuto tutto e...se capita, ci tornerò.

Mi sono recato con mia moglie in questo splendido locale in quanto avevo già sentito parlare bene del pievano be devo dire che è stata davvero una bella esperienza da ripetere abbiamo fatto 2 menù pievano consigliati dalla cameriera gentilissima e abbiamo mangiato tutto a base di pesce freschissimo e cucinato benissimo complimenti allo chef per lo stile dei piatti e a tutto lo staff torneremo presto Ver carta

Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo in due risotto gamberi e zucchine. Siamo arrivati in fondo per golosità, le porzioni erano veramente generose. Ha seguito un piatto di salmone ed uno di cernia. Entrambi splendidi, pesce fresco, la temperatura del salmone leggermente bassa ma la cernia da 10 e lode. Tutto accompagnato da un fresco e frizzante bianco. Un caffè di chiusura. Persone cortesi e simpatiche, col sorriso ci hanno accolto e col sorriso ci hanno consigliato i piatti in un locale dalla posizione invidiabile e dalla pulizia impeccabile. Per 22,00 euro in due ci vorrebbe la sesta stella.

this guy has been lucky that I was in a good mood because I actually saw that quite a lot of trouble was going on, but it has actually led me to see quite well-leaved Italian people systematically humiliated by this sadistic man. he chooses very attractive young. "Staying at the Hotel Bristol Palace we also went for dinner to its restaurant 'Giotto '. We had made a reservation for 7.30pm, when it opens. Being alone at the beginning the head waiter and his assistant had plenty of time for us, giving us all kind of information. They were both very friendly and professional during the whole evening. We also liked the atmosphere of the elegant Art Nouveau dining hall with frescoes, also on the ceiling, with real flowers in pots and with white tablecloth. From the menu card with descriptions in Italian, English and French we saw that they offer plenty of Ligurian specialities. So as antipasto I went for a 'Cima Genovese ', a very typical dish, one doesn 't encounter too often, since it involves a lot of work. It is a veal belly, stuffed with varying ingredients like eggs, intestines, cheese, vegetables. It was served cold and in slices, all covered with lettuce salad. On the side was 'Salsa verde ', also typical for Genoa, but with the main ingredient not basil as in the pesto, but parsley. My wife instead had as an antipasto a 'Scrigno di Patata nell ' Orto d 'Inverno con Fonduta di Parmiggiano ' and as a main course a 'Polpo rosticiado con su crema di Patate allo Zafferano '. My second plate was the 'Catch of the Day ' alla Ligure, a piece of fresh fish with potatoes and pine nuts. To drink we he had ordered a Ligurian white wine, a Vermentino DOC Colli di Luni, bottled for the Hotel Bristol Palace. As dessert the choice of my wife was Ice Cream, while I went for a 'Tortino morbido al Cioccolato, Panna montata al Cardamomo e Salsa ai Frutti di Bosco '. We finished the superb dinner with Espresso and when I asked for a 'Grappa ' as local as possible, the head waiter said that he has something special for me, an 'A me Rappa '. When I gave some of it to my wife to taste, she said: 'This is a ladies ' grappa '. It is a locally produced Grappa from Bianchetta Genovese grapes flavoured with honey. Thus ended a wonderful evening in one of our favourite hotels in Italy."
