It 's rare the possibility to find a place where all the territorial and typical plats are reply in a good way. In this restaurant you can find a little of Salento region a part of Apulian region in the south of Italy. I reccomand fave e cicorie or cocule di melanzane but pasta with little squids called spillo is amazing. To come back

The entrance is very small, we omitted it at beginning. The food here is well-prepared and delicious. The waiter is quite nice and helpful, though there is no English menu available, we did not experience any difficulties with his help. The first dish of the second main course is definitely worth to try. In general, if you like south Italy dishes, it is highly recommended.

Family-run atmosphere, top service and quality ingredients. they managed to accommodate a 3 course Vegan meal alongside 3 other guests who opted for a regular a la carte. they also have a fairly extended Wine list.. all from the puglia region The orecchiette (home made, veg coal) with cime di rapa (vegan version) was a jaw-dropping, highly recommended!!! i will go back to experience the Salento again next time in Rome, for sure...
