fantastic POSTO,QUALITY over the MEDIA,PERSONAL exquisite and unsurpassed cook bean breast with aromatic herbs and served on a bed of sauteed spinach....ganascino braised (brased calf cheeks).... black agnolotti filled with lobster,broccoli and ricotta served on fondue of parmigiano and brunoise. and finally risotto with quail and baked bacon .il all accompanied with barbera helio perrone tasmorcan (barbera d'asti)
