"BELLISSIMA LOCATION PREZZI DA RIVEDERE Il Ristorante Opera è un posto molto carino, contornato da una splendida location nel centro della vecchia Calcata, con uno staff volenteroso e gentile, che ha cercato di gestire la sala in una giornata particolarmente calda. Abbiamo apprezzato la volontà, ma ahimè ci siamo ritrovati in un ristorante che ha dovuto gestire la sala con uno staff della cucina inaspettatamente ridotto e forse avrebbero dovuto informarci di tale situazione al nostro arrivo , portandoci a mangiare e attendere per un antipasto, 2 3 primi, e due secondi con qualche contorno insalate , più di due ore. PREZZI. Consiglierei personalmente al team di rivedere i prezzi, maggiormente rapportati alle quantità. Nel dettaglio, ci siamo stupiti di aver pagato 97 euro per: acqua, mezzo vino bianco della casa, una bruschetta pomodoro con stracciatella 13 euro ??? , 3 primi di cui due mezze porzioni , due secondi e due insalate verdi minute , a 6 euro l 'una ??? . Ah ed un caffe. Dopo la lunghissima attesa di tutto il pasto, solo 2 euro di sconto dal totale, decisamente non il miglior modo per fidelizzare un cliente che non ha avuto una scorrevole esperienza all Opera e la cara ragazza in sala, se n 'e ' certamente resa conto . Non so quanto avremmo speso se fossimo stati una tavolata che ordinava tutte le portate di un pasto! Consiglio al Ristorante Opera più umiltà nei prezzi, più congrui per invitare e accogliere con la giusta offerta, nuovi e passati clienti. 3 stelle per la fiducia."

"Il 21 ottobre telefono per il 30 a 13, arrivato sul posto il ragazzo non trova la mia prenotazione, va a chiedere in cucina e indietro chiedendomi di mostrare la telefonata tranne che per il mio partner nota il mio numero di telefono all'ordine del giorno sotto il nome Stefania . Dopo un ottimo antipasto di formaggio arrivano i due primi ordinati: I gnocchi di patate viola per me e fettuccine ai funghi per il mio partner. Il fettuccine conteneva un certo numero di vermi in funghi (che si trova da un altro cliente) e lo notiamo al servizio. Il cameriere controbattuto che può accadere in funghi quando sono freschi, rispondiamo no e lascia in cucina con il piatto. Torna a riaffermare la sua versione con fermezza e dicendo che non avremmo pagato il piatto per ordinare altro se volessimo, qualcosa di un po 'difficile contenente 4 primi su 5 funghi oltre agli stomaces ora chiusi. Per sottolineare anche la rudezza del servizio, per non rivederci mai più."

Do not expect touches from chefs or nouvelle cousine, this is a trattoria and not a renowned and starred restaurant, not even one of those places from frikkettoni and radical chic that infest calcata, it is all done with extreme simplicity and you will not regret it.
