Risotto had a human hair in it . The stone bass portion was tiny and had no sauce or other accoutrements . The burger was boring

a terrible service. schlag dash, always had to ask and be ignored, eating was also so bland. I work around the corner with a clientele I will not recommend dining here. sham had good expectations

Hopefully the service will get more professional. However waiter was pleasant so not too bad. Not a nice feeling to leave through the closed store after dinner. Will go to lunch next time. Food was good Ver carta

It's always great to have lunch or dinner on Selfridge's rooftop. Food and ambiance is always great. However, the service can be hit and miss. In particular trying to attract a waiter's attention to order the food! Once the food arrives however, everything is forgiven.

Amazing food ! Authentic, seasonal, fresh and above all delicious! Now you need to bring in some good waiting staff and all bases will be covered. Our waiter was absent, opinionated and downright rude and managed to forget us and our order. Wine arrived after we had finished our meal.

it was nice to combine a shop in selfridges with a cozy lunch on the dach. we were a bit tangible as the menu at first glance seemed to eat a bit fast, but we really enjoyed our pork bell and so satisfied the truffle chips are back on the menu. the waiters were attentive and nothing was too much annoyed. after a rocky start with a missing reservation that staff really took the service and threw in a round of free cocktails to apologize for the mix. from there they were still super attentive and even found us a hut outside to go after eating. the food was great and the ambiente was perfect for the Christmas season. they would highly recommend!

very disappointed. we were at all pops-ups on the dach at selfridges, but this time was very disappointing. my wife had to send her pork belly back from the special list as she was so dry. my hen was okay, but it was missing to season and season. the fondue chips were inedible and were only chips that were saturated in cheese. I had assumed that fondue meant to jump!

Il Tetto is a fun place to have a post-Christmas shopping meal it is located at the top of Selfridges but it has its heart in a festive ski cabin. Unfortunately the food doesn't quite live up to the surroundings I suspect you are paying more for the location than the food itself. On the night of our visit, the pizzas and pastas weren't available which meant that only the most expensive options were available. I'm sure that this was due to no fault of theirs but mentioning this to diners prior to seating them might have been a courtesy (I had to ask our waitress why the majority of the menu wasn't available).
