"my experience at the farm sa rocca manna had high and low. the location, if you ask to travel a country road quite long, is really suggestive, immersed in nature and with a furniture that has been able to value furniture and accessories of ancient interiors, giving them new light. the menu (which is not presented) begins with very good appetizers (especially meats) and continues with the first that good or bad keep on the same level. I was sorry, however, not to fully appreciate the ricotta and spinach ravioli, as they were seasoned with a very intense sauce with peppers, zucchini, eggplant and bacon, which did not value them at all. Unfortunately, with the seconds (which arrived after at least 2 hours from the start of the service,) the quality begins to fall, the porcetto had not quite a good taste, although the cooking seemed excellent. they did not bring us any vegetables, and also for this reason they felt the need to ask more and more times a re-fill of fresh water, given the dinner decidedly too sapidated. the seadas with honey was the stroke of grace. seasoned with very little honey, it was really difficult to appreciate it. the account, which I think too high for what was proposed, has charged us more wine than we had consumed (b. wine was brought to the table from the beginning without that we had requested it. In addition, we were not offered any digestives. This review does not want to discredit the work that is behind sa rocca manna , but reveals only what was the experience of a dinner. I hope that, by becoming aware and working on its weaknesses, this structure can bring to a higher level the quality of the experience that it proposes to its customers."
