"I finally managed to go to try this historic restaurant of roma! I must say that I was very reluctant to do it because of the fear that over time it turned into a tourist trap. Instead, the first surprise was the presence of many Roman families sitting in cheerfulness. We start immediately from the strong dish: the fettuccine all’Alfredo are a small work of art. the perfect (and at the moment) and the balanced goto, the portion flies away despite the butter and the abundant Parmesan. good also the artichoke to the cooking a fun dish to taste the use of this ingredient in the Roman cuisine . excellent sweet (in the case of species creams candy). the local dated reflects the splendour of the time. but it is right that you remain so that you immortalize that historical moment allowing us to jump into the past. the service is friendly and attentive. Perhaps the price quality ratio is a little too unbalanced and this makes me raise a star even if I recognize that it is necessary to cover the costs of a large room and a large staff. I'd come back. Absolutely."

historical place of roma famous for the fettuccine alfredo, a dish consisting of fresh pasta with double butter and Parmesan mantecato at the moment. an experience to try! excellent service and courtesy!
