"I was looking for a typical restaurant in the area, I found this place and I went in, Monday is not easy to find open places. . Traditional Stübe, guest room and lounge for walkers. I order a soup and a vegetable dish thinking about the dinner that was waiting for me that night. First they bring me a salad, (unordered) that I refuse, then comes the soup and finally the vegetables, part boiled to the steam, part roasted and the fried eggplants to be afraid. I order a peat beer and bring me a clear one, order the bill and coffee and bring me the dessert I didn't order. It can happen, kind staff."

"on our bike tour on the five rivers cycle path, which leads directly through kallmünz, we have eaten here with a group of twelve people (table was reserved in advance. the dining room in a historic building is professionally renovated with exposed dark beams and small windows. the angled location is decorated with old black and white photos, an old pendulum clock and other historical objects, but this does not seem overloaded before location. the deko is stylish and tastefully selected with many beautiful angles. the tabs from earlier. Unfortunately, the old chairs that look beautiful are very unpleasant, as the sitting corner is too short. on the bank on the wall is therefore more convenient. the food card is handwritten and uses own or older conceptual as before, net and conspiracy. there was an amuse gaule (wild boar sausage on acid spice, for the vegetarian a goat cheese filled in crumbs and oil. I was incl. a blunt choir (from homemade puppensirup very refreshing! for a total of 24 euro. the total amount is 13 25 euro. the quality of the food as well as the optics of the local is at a high level, which is exceptional at such a small location. the service is very polite and can explain all the dishes needed in some Bavarian specialties. who comes here with a large star and medium-sized purse will not be satisfied after home, but a gourmet comes here full of its costs in the upscale kitchen. In the Michael guide, which is at the exit, this is listed locally with a star. I liked the view into the kitchen where they come by and out. with nice weather they can sit in the courtyard in the open. the next door is an old schieune. probably that was a farm. in the house there are rooms in which a part of our group was accommodated."

"Die Szenerie:Auf dem Vorplatz des Da Luca tummelten sich die Kanalratten, ein stämmiger Italiener mit Halbglatze bemühte sich vergebens, die Ratten mit einem Besen zu erdrückenEr gewährte mir bei der Begrüssung einen tiefen Einblick in seine äusserst üppigen Brusthaaren, die ihm – ölig glänzend – aus dem Jackett quollen. Alsbald trat ich durch die Pforte ein über der ein heruntergekommenes Leuchtschild unheilbringend blinkte. Alles in allem wirkte die Lokalität bedrückend. Beim Eintreten schlug mir ein penetranter Gestank nach altem Leder und Kerzenwachs entgegen. Am runden Tisch im Eck' sassen Finstermänner und italienische Fettwänste, die sich des Biers labten.Mir graut vor diesem Orte! Der Kellner enthob mit doppelt gekelchten Händen die Pizza der Schachtel und platzierte sie auf der Tischplatte- Teller gab es keine. Danach forderte er mich auf, die Pizza mit dem Mund zu laben. Als ich dieser Forderung nicht geneigt war nachzukommen, beleidigte er mich aufs Übelste! Die Pizza schmeckte scheusslich, die Kapern haben meinen Rachen entzündet!Seid verdammt!"

"Unfreundlich und unter jeglicher Menschenwürde. Meine Kollegen und ich sind gut gelaunt am Sonntag zum Essen ins Hotel Hirschen, aber was uns dort erwartete war unter aller Würde. Wir haben noch nie eine unfreundlichere Bedienung erlebt als dort. Meine Kollegin wollte Salat und musste 3x der Kellnerin bejahen, dass es sie nur einen Salat will. Als ich fragte welches Salatdressing sie benutzen bekam ich schon eine genervte Kellnerin zu spüren. Aber als ich fragte ob ich den Salat ohne Brotwürfel haben kann, weil ich eine Weizenallergie habe bekam ich als Antwort: Pfff, jaja heutzutage haben sie alle Allerigien. Und so ging die Bestellung aller Gäste am Tisch weiter. Unfreundlich, Abwertend und als die Kellnerin uns den Rücken zuwandte fing sie an sich über uns zu beschweren. Wohlgemerkt sind wir höflich ins Restaurant, haben nach einem freien Tisch gefragt und haben normal bestellet. Nie wieder. Am Ende habe ich nichts gegessen"

"Spontan haben wir hier gegessen und übernachtet. Das Essen war vorzüglich: eine würzige Bouillon als Amuse Bouche, gefolgt von frischen Salaten mit ausgezeichneter italienischer Sauce. Der Hackbraten ist ein Traum, vor allem auch der dazu servierte frische Herdöpfelstock,; auch das Cordon bleu ist zu empfehlen. Die Meringue zum Dessert ist perfekt, leicht und bekömmlich. Die Weinkarte ist recht, es dürfte noch Weine vom Thunersee haben. Der Walliser Altesse kann ich empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher Service, aus der Region. Rundum: eine Trouvaille!"
