"Wir waren Sonntag Abend gegen 18 Uhr in der Pizzaria.Draußen waren fast alle Tische belegt,drinnen ca 5 Tische und das Telefon ging rund um die Uhr...Wir wurden sehr nett an einen Tisch gebracht und konnten auch schnell unsere Bestellung aufgeben.Getränke kamen flott,bis dahin alles gut.und dann warteten wir und warten...Gäste die nach uns kamen bekamen schon ihr essen und wir warteten immer noch auf die Vorspeise.Als diese dann endlich kam,kam direkt hinterher der Hauptgang.Nicht schön aber auch noch ok.Zur Hauptspeise:Ich hatte eine Große Pizza bestellt,bekam aber eine kleine.Der Belag und die Tomatensoße waren nur in der Mitte,so dass ich rundum einen ca 3 cm reinen trockenen Teig hatte,der zudem auch noch viel zu dunkel geworden ist.Gewürzt war die Pizza gar nicht.Mein Mann hatte Schweine Medaillons in Marsalahsoße bestellt mit Pommes und Salat.Anstatt der Medaillons gab es 3 sehr dünne Rückensteaks in Soße auf einem Teller,in einer Schale Pommes ohne alles und in einer weiteren Schale einen Beilagensalat.Wenn der Mann schon sagt wie kann man denn sowas so lieblos und angerichtet raus bringen,dann heisst das schon viel. Er meinte das Beste von allem war das Weizen Das war und wird leider nicht unsere Pizzaria ."

"we were the first and last time in bella napoli. the anticipation was great, but unfortunately it was taken after entering the restaurant. the atmosphere is not inviting, let alone cozy. the room temperature was not to feel comfortable, it was definitiw too cold. but good, we hoped that eating would make the first impression good again. think puppet, there's the bill without that. I have rarely eaten so bad, the appetizer and the main dish were not good. of seasoning was missing any trace, eating was partly boiled and not as it is offered in the menu. the whole is served very sweetly, while the eye is known to eat. very bad that you don't seem to put a big value on quality. parking: parking in front of the door"

"Wir waren neugierig auf das Tapas Konzept und bestellten daher "Tapas soviel Sie essen können".Danach hatten wir ausgiebig Zeit, das rustikale, aber schicke Ambiente zu bewundern, denn es dauerte ewig, bis die ersten Tapas auf dem Tisch standen.Die waren aber klasse: eine Auswahl kalter Kleinigkeiten: Oliven, Käse, spanischer Schinken mit Melone und spanische Salamischeiben.Die sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedienung rannte die Treppen hinauf und hinab und versuchte alle Gäste (ca 40 waren da) zufrieden zu stellen. Das war natürlich alleine nicht möglich und so warteten alle sehr lange auf ihre Bestellungen. Nach weiteren 45 Minuten bekamen wir dann eine Auswahl warmer Tapas: sehr gute Calamares, toll gewürztes Rindfleisch und Hackbällchen in interessanter Sauce sowie kleine Kartoffeln. Danach passierte wieder fast eine Stunde nichts.Gegen 21:00 brachte der Chef uns noch ein Pfännchen mit Pilzen und Gambas und etwas Brot. Dann kam wieder nichts. Gegen 22 Uhr gaben wir die Warterei auf und baten um die Rechnung. Fazit: "Tapas all you can eat " haben sich nicht gelohnt. Wir haben jeder 18, 75 Euro bezahlt und dafür nur wenig bekommen. Da wir insgesamt über 3 Stunden gewartet und gegessen hatten, haben wir viele Getränke bestellt. Das verteuerte den Abend noch mal zusätzlich. Ich würde das Restaurant trotzdem wieder besuchen, aber nicht mehr hungrig dorthin gehen. Vielleicht habe ich das Konzept ja auch nicht richtig verstanden. Das nächste mal esse ich vorher zu Abend und gönne mir nur ein paar köstliche Häppchen zum guten Wein."

"Due to the numerous negative reviews we went for dinner with a waiting in the sauce, but neither a long waiting period, nor incapable staff, showed us the beautiful evening. Despite full tables in the garden we were quick and friendly. The food was quickly picked up by the operators as well as our drinks request and the drinks were shortly after receipt of the order on the table. After almost 30 minutes the additional salad came, which followed the food shortly afterwards. The food, tasted us excellent, the roast potatoes had a good taste, even in the consistency there was nothing to taste. In addition, the two operators did good work. Empty glasses and plates were fleeting and the tables were quickly deleted and disinfected. For us a clear sign that you should not necessarily give too much on negative reviews, as these usually can only be a snapshot of a day. Overall we had nothing to show, the offered portions were sufficiently dimensioned and the taste was very good. The waiting times were also in the normal range. And also the prices are absolutely ok. Almost 36, € for two good dinners, two drinks, as well as an ice cream for dessert are absolutely beneficial for the quality offered. We felt so good in chaos and will gladly return there."
