"Wir waren vor kurzem in der Trattoria Naccarato und alles war ausgezeichnet. ich hatte einen gegrillten Thunfisch mit Tomaten-Brotsalat. Es war der beste Thunfisch, den ich in einem Lokal gegessen habe. Auf den Punkt gebraten mit leichten Raucharomen vom Holzfeuer. Meine Mitbesucher waren ebenfalls begeistert. Ein Steak, genau au den Punkt gebraten und ein Hähnchenbrust mit Zitronensoße wurden freundlich serviert. Die Preise sind eher moderat. Z.B.1,50 für einen Espresso oder 1,90 für ein Bier sind eher selten. Auch die Essenspreise sind ausgesprochen kundenfreundlich wenn man die sehr gute Qualitätdes Essens betrachtet.Die Trattoria Naccarato in Dudweiler ist eine Empfehlung für alle Freunde der italienischen Küche! Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"We were there for dinner last week. I was already the more open for lunch at the restaurant and was always satisfied. I couldn't say that last week at dinner. The price-performance ratio at the appetizer simply did not vote (Fenchel-Orangensalat). In the main dishes, the taste(Bumms) has somehow failed. The sauce at the Osso Bucco was totally fad (must order with pepper and salt mill). At Lachssteak, the coriander was not noticed, and the graylings were also unimaginable. The desservariation was great and good for the price. The service was not very good except for the young lady. Empty beverage glasses were mostly ignored. When the wine card came, you had to wait longer until you were asked again for which you decided. So you could not enjoy the appropriate wine to the dish, as this was empty until the wine came. The invoice also takes 10 minutes. All in all, I had just expected more because I was so accustomed to previous visits. Price performance didn't fit this evening."

"Der alte "Jouliard" war doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Nachdem dieses traditionsreiche Lokal einige Zeit geschlossen war, hat es im März 2017 nach gründlicher Renovierung unter neuer Leitung eröffnet. Die Renovierung im leichten Retro-Stil ist gut gelungen, so dass sich auch das ältere Stammpublikum durchaus wohlfühlen müsste. Die Karte entspricht einem gehobenen Bistro. Die Zahl der angebotenen Speisen ist groß genug, damit jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack finden kann, andererseits jedoch so überschaubar, dass die Verwendung frischer Produkte möglich ist. Die Weinkarte bietet eine ordentliche Auswahl von Weinen bekannter Weingüter und Winzer zu fairen Preisen. Auch bei den Speisen erscheinen die Preise sehr angemessen. An den beim ersten Besuch genossenen Gerichten gab es nichts auszusetzen. Angenehm fiel auf, dass es problemlos möglich war, statt der zu einem Gericht angebotenen Pommes frites einen gemischten Salat zu erhalten, der nicht nur ein gutes Dressing hatte, sondern überraschend hochwertig war (eine Art Mesclun mit Parmesansplittern und Radieschenstücken). Der Service war angenehm und aufmerksam. Wenn das Niveau gehalten werden kann, ist der Jouliard eine Bereicherung der Saarbrücker Gastronomieszene."
