There's even a post on the Bagshot community page about your rudeness to customers, including telling a disabled customer to hurry up because you don't have time to talk to them. New Century will be having our business from now on. Has become shockingly expensive since they had their refurb. Got to pay for it somehow, and it's on us! (35% markup in prices) Extra galling when it comes with a side order of food poisoning. All 4 of us (not from the same household) and we were quite ill for days afterwards, only thing in common was food from here. Very rude attitude from them on the phone, didn't want to know just said they were very busy and hung up on you. Go to New Century instead, great food and very friendly."

I had a disappointing takeaway experience tonight. The chicken balls and prawn toast were clearly reheated and not fresh. The crispy chilli beef was the worst I have ever had.

Best Chinese I've found in the area. My go to order... crispy chilli beef duck chow mein... doesn't get better than here in bagshot. Partner cannot get enough of the prawn toast and chicken wings! Ver carta

Have been using these guys for 18 months. The only time I don’t order from them is when they are away on holidays which isn’t that frequent. Love the food quality and portion sizes. Not the cheapest but also reliable, fast and friendly.

First time ordering from here. It came in good timing overall it was pleasant. I did find the aromatic duck slightly too salty for me.. but I generally don’t have a lot of salt in my diet so could be ok for others. The mix starters were a good size portion. We had salt and pepper chicken wings- but probably wouldn’t order them again. More preference though. Very reasonable price wise too.
